HEY! Hi! WOW!

I'm Tango and I'm a professional glacier surfer! It's a new sport that I started a couple year ago in Greenland. Yeah, it's kind of dangerous. But hey, what's life without a little fun huh? I mean, I just looked around one day and saw all this rushing glacial runoff and thought to myself - hey, that looks fun!

Glacier surfing is a blast, but man, it's another sign of our changing climate. I mean, when I started the sport the runof waves were tiny. Now they're so big it's too dangerous for anyone to ride anymore. All over the world snow is melthing that no one ever thought would ever go away. Not good because it affects the lives of thousands of species. Like my buddies the polar bears who can't find food because the pack ice they hunt on is melting away.

Well, I guess we all have to make the best we can huh? That's why I am so stoked to be one of the snowmen that's helping green Sunset Elementary. Have you seen the artwork these kids made? So cool!

I'm so excited to be helping kids heal our planet! All donations from my adoptions go directly to Sunset Elementary's greening efforts. The money will be used for projects like installing solar panels, planting an organic garden, energy efficient light bulbs, and maybe even a passive ventilation system! Cool huh?
